The Casa de Emdeko Condominium development is located approximately 2 miles south of downtown Kailua-Kona on the oceanfront, set back from Alii Drive. This desirable condo development is close to beaches for snorkeling and swimming, near the new open-air arts and craft show area, and a convenience market and deli at street-side. The complex has an Oceanside saltwater swimming pool, a spacious sunning beach with lounge chairs, and a cabana, complete with gas grills and dining area. There are nice laundry facilities on property but not in the unit.

It is a Non Smoking 2BED/2BATH on the second floor, third unit back from the ocean, so you have wonderful oceanfront view without the wind. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd. Both bedrooms have large closets and dressers. The sofa is not a sleeper, however there is a twin size lounging bed on the lanai. It is 1286 sq. ft., air-conditioned and overlooks the cabana, saltwater pool, beach and ocean. It is completely furnished, and has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher, coffee, maker, toaster, blender... January, 2001 was the first month for it to be offered for vacation rental so it is much nicer then most units.

3 night minimum Rates are subject to 11.4% Hawaii State Taxes. $ 200 deposit is due 7 days after booking to hold your reservation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. 45 day notice of cancellation is required for a refund. The price does include departure cleaning for normal use.
